This CCTV Privacy Notice explains how Gokongwei Brothers Foundation, Inc. (“Organization” , “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data through our Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

The Organization installs CCTV systems only in areas where monitoring is necessary and appropriate for legitimate security and safety purposes. CCTV systems are not intentionally placed in areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy such as restrooms, changing rooms, prayer rooms, or other similar areas.
